[,]] Execution command is used to lock or unlock a ME o a network facility.
Parameters:
- facility
"PS" - PH-SIM (lock PHone to SIM card) MT asks password when other
than current SIM card inserted; MT may remember certain amount of
previously used cards thus not requiring password when they are
inserted
"PF" - lock Phone to the very First inserted SIM card (MT asks password
when other than the first SIM card is inserted)
"SC" - SIM (PIN request) (device asks SIM password at power-up and
when this lock command issued)
"AO"- BAOC (Barr All Outgoing Calls)
"OI" - BOIC (Barr Outgoing International Calls)
"OX" - BOIC-exHC (Barr Outgoing International Calls except to Home
Country)
"AI" - BAIC (Barr All Incoming Calls)
"IR" - BIC-Roam (Barr Incoming Calls when Roaming outside the home
country)
"AB" - All Barring services (applicable only for =0)
"AG" - All outGoing barring services (applicable only for =0)
"AC" - All inComing barring services (applicable only for =0)
"FD" - SIM fixed dialling memory feature (if PIN2 authentication has not
been done during the current session, PIN2 is required as )
"PN" - network Personalisation
"PU" - network subset Personalisation
"PP" - service Provider Personalization
