0 - do not show header values defined in commands +CSCA and +CSMP

(, , , , and ) nor ,
or in +CMT, +CMGL, +CMGR result codes for SMS-DELIVERs
and SMS-SUBMITs in text mode. For SMS-COMMANDs in +CMGR
result code do not show , , , , or

1 - show the values in result codes

Note: issuing AT+CSDH is the same as issuing the Read command.

Note: issuing AT+CSDH= is the same as issuing the command
AT+CSDH=0.

AT+CSDH?

Read command reports the current setting in the format:

+CSDH:

AT+CSDH=?

Test command reports the supported range of values for parameter
