Parameter:
0 - PDU mode, as defined in GSM 3.40 and GSM 3.41 (factory default)
1 - text mode
Note: issuing AT+CMGF is the same as issuing the Read command.
Note: issuing AT+CMGF= is the same as issuing the command
AT+CMGF=0.
AT+CMGF? Read command reports the current value of the parameter .
AT+CMGF=? Test command reports the supported value of parameter.

Set command sets the Service Center Address to be used for mobile
originated SMS transmissions.

- SC phone number in the format defined by
- the type of number
129 - national numbering scheme
145 - international numbering scheme (contains the character "+")

at which service requests will be directed.
