Outline of the Start-up Procedure
An outline of the system start-up procedure is as follows:
1. Prepare the devices to be used.
2. Mount the MP940 module to an SGDH
servo amplifier.
3. Connect the programming unit, and wire the
external I/O signals, servo motor, and servo
amplifier.
4. Execute system definitions (i.e., module
definition, group definition, scan time setting)
5. Set the mechanical parameters for the test
device, using the programming device.
6. Create a motion program for the test
operation, using the programming device.
7. Transmission of definitions, parameters, and
programs
8. Verify the operation by running the program
and checking the test operation.
