COMMON FUNCTIONAL PRINCIPLES
4.1. GENERAL
This section explains generic principles, which the user should be familiar with, for proper
operation of the Administration, FMS and FHO applications and which will not be detailed in each
occurrence.
4.2. TERMINOLOGY
The FHO and FMS applications are user-friendly, window-based applications with a graphical
interface similar to other Windows applications. Common terms are used in this manual assuming
that their meaning is obvious, as depicted in Table 4-1.

Scroll bars may be either horizontal or vertical.
