7.7. CREATING GROUP RULES
As previously described, after the basic rules are defined, they must then be grouped into group
rules. The fleet manager applies these group rules to fleets/departments/vehicles.
To enter the Group Rules screen (see Figure 7-13), click on the Fleet Management button and then
select the Group Rules tab. The Group Rules main window consists of a grid listing the existing
rules, and several action buttons. Each row in the grid describes a group rule name, type,
description and the contents of the group rule.
NOTES
The Fleet Head Office Administrator user may
define general group rules, which are available for
all Fleet Manager Users to use. However, group
rules created by a Fleet Manager User are only
available to that user.
When working with Passport stations, the number of
products in a Group Rule that combines Fuel and
Dry Product rules should not exceed 20 products.
