1.3.4. Authentication
FHO and FMS are designed to provide access to content in accordance with the user’s access level.
Upon login request into the FHO/FMS web-based application, the system checks whether the user
with these login credentials (username and password) exists. If the login credentials are not found
in the user list, access to the application is denied. If these login credentials are validated, the
application opens, with content suitable to the user’s access level.
1.3.5. Protection
The FHO and FMS Systems are protected by a special program plug (HASP), to be attached to the
Head Office server.
FHO and FMS are non operational if this plug is not attached to the server.
