paragraph 8.5.2.
8.6.5. Fleet Reports
The Fleet Reports are similar for both FHO Administrators and Fleet Managers, refer to
paragraph 8.5.3.
8.6.5.1. Fleet Manager Obligo Report
Obligo Reports generated by Fleet Managers provide opening balance details (see Figure 8-51), in
addition to the data presented to Administrators (please refer to paragraph 8.5.3.6), as follows:
• Base Transaction: Last Obligo report balance
• Transactions until start date: Total amount of money charged for the transactions
executed between the last report and the current report start date and time as selected
• Opening balance: the balance as for the current report start date and time (Base
Transaction minus Transactions until start date)
