Section 5 — File Operations/Macro Menus
Press SAVE/LOAD from the File Operations menu to display a Save/Load
menu similar to that shown below:
Save/Load menu functions include:
FILE TYPE allows you to select the type of files you plan to save or load.
EFFECT — sets the current list of effect registers to be displayed on the
left side of the SAVE/LOAD menu. Empty registers are displayed as
blank in the scroll pane.
■ An individual effect register or file can be selected to be saved or
loaded by choosing the effect or file name in the scroll panes.
■ All the Krystal registers can be saved and loaded as a combined file
(.KFX extension) by selecting
ALL in the EFFECTS REGISTERS scroll
pane.
■ All the Krystal registers can be saved and loaded as individual files
by selecting
ALL Separate in the EFFECTS REGISTERS scroll pane.
SYS CFG — sets the current list of system configuration categories to be
displayed on the left side of the SAVE/LOAD menu. Different types of
configuration data can be saved individually, or this data can be saved
and loaded as a combined file.
CAUTION The “NETWORK” and “ALL” configuration data selections contain network IP
address information. Loading these configuration files will make the entire
Krystal system reset, which will affect any current Krystal operations. The “ALL
SYSTEM DATA” selection does not contain network data and so will not cause
a system reset when loaded.
USER PREF — sets up the user preferences to be saved or loaded.
PANEL CFG — sets up the panel config parameters to be saved or loaded.
MACRO — sets up the macros to be saved or loaded.
