the active cursor will be shown as highlighted. Pressing

again
will define the other end of the interval (at the current cursor position) and
turn off the mark block mode.
Effect Edit Area
The Effect Edit Area consists of ten buttons and provides functions which
allow effects to be created and edited.
Pressing the
Prev.
button steps the active cursor backward to the previous
keyframe on the effect timeline. The button lamp is off when parked on the
first keyframe.
Pressing the
Next
button steps the active cursor forward to the next key-
frame on the effect timeline. The button lamp is off when parked on the last
keyframe.
When selected, the
Go To KF
button delegates the keypad for entry of a key-
frame number which changes the position of the active cursor. If the time
cursor is active, then the current time of the effect will be changed to the
time of the indicated keyframe. If the mark cursor is active, then only its
position is changed, which means the current time in the effect remains the
same.
When selected, the
Go To Time
button delegates the Keypad for entry of a
new time or time trim which changes the position of the active cursor. If the
time cursor is active, then the current time of the effect will be changed to
the new time entered, thereby updating the work buffer. If the mark cursor
is active, then only its position is changed, which means the current time in
the effect remains the same, without affecting the work buffer.
