Section 8 — Picture Frame Menu
Soft Knob controls available with this menu are:
BORDER WIDTH — adjusts the width of the border. Width is measured in
screen units.
WASH OFFSET — adjusts the location of the transition between the inside
and outside matte edges within the border.
Box/Wash/Softness
Press the MODIFY button to toggle to SOFTNESS to bring up the following
menu.
Box Border Wash Softness menu functions:
ADJUST — can make adjustments to the border sides using the following
parameters:
ALL SIDES — all border sides are adjusted at once using the soft knob
controls described below.
SEP SIDES — provides adjustment of border sides (left, right, top bottom)
individually or in a combination of one or more border sides.
Soft Knob controls available with this menu are:
BORDER SOFTNESS — controls the softness of the inside and outside edges
of the border.
WASH SOFTNESS — adjusts the softness of the transition between the
inside and outside matte edges within the border.
SOFTNESS SYMMETRY — determines the relative softness of the inside and
outside border edges—the overall width of the border is unchanged.
This control does not affect any wash softness within the border.
