Montage/Appearance
The
MONTAGE
selection allows you to create a montage of still images from
moving video by flying the moving video image around the screen. The
APPEARNCE
selection allows you to modify the look of the montage.
To access the Montage/Appearance selections shown below, press the
RECURSIVE MODE
soft button to select
MONTAGE
, and press the
MODIFY
soft
button to select
APPEARNCE
.
APPEARNCE
— allows you to adjust the appearance of the montage using the
selections and soft knobs described below:
PICTURE DECAY
— sets rate at which montage fades away.
STAR DECAY
— sets rate at which the montage randomly decays.
BLUR
— sets the amount of montage blur.
LOOP
—
ON
starts the recursive effect.
OFF
stops the recursive effect and
returns to live video.
SHOW PICTURE
—
YES
displays the live video image in addition to the still
montage.
NO
displays only the montage without the live video image.
MONTAGE MODE
— these selections determine whether the newest image
appears over or under the montage. Also includes a mode for erasing a
montage.
OVER
— places the live or newest image on top of the montage of still
images.
UNDER
— places the live or newest image under the montage.
ERASE
— erases a previously-created montage as you fly a new image
over the old montage.
