Input Recursive Menu
Input Recursive Menu
The Input Recursive menu is available if the Input Recursive option is
installed. Use this menu to create freeze and motion decay effects applied
to the input (pre-transformation) video and/or key. Freeze effects allow
you to capture a still image from moving video and manipulate it. Motion
decay causes an image moving within the video raster to leave a blurry trail
of old images behind it as it moves.
Freeze Override and Input Recursive Parameters
The Freeze Override feature maintains independent memory storage for
two additional sets of Input Recursive and Motion Detection parameters.
Settings from all the Input Recursive menus can be saved to these separate
storage locations, and then invoked at any time by pressing the
Freeze 1
or
Freeze 2
Control Panel override buttons. These alternate sets of parameters
can be defined by pressing the
Freeze 1
or
Freeze 2
button so it is lit, and then
going to these menus and changing the parameters. Freeze Override is not
keyframeable, and is applied to all channels in the effect.
