Border Menu
REPEAT — [CROP] labeled soft knob controls for PATTERN , and PATTERN
REPEAT .
ROTATION MODE —when POS/ROTAT is selected above, this button determines
whether the labeled soft knob controls Crop Rotation or Rotation Speed.
PATTERN REPEAT — when REPEAT is selected above, this button determines
whether the labeled soft knobs control Crop Horizontal and Vertical repeat
separately or combined.
Box/Wash/Width
Border wash allows you to include two matte colors (Inside matte and
Outside matte) within a border. You can blend (wash) the two border
mattes together, and you can adjust the offset of the wash within the border.
Each matte’s chroma, luminance, and hue (including hue rotate and speed)
can be adjusted separately. You can also round the wash corners, waveform
shape the wash edges, and combine the wash between pattern and border
in various ways (MULTIPLY, NAM+, NAM-).
Press the MATTE MODE button to toggle to WASH and press the MODIFY button
to toggle to WIDTH to bring up the following menu.
Box Border Wash Width menu functions:
ADJUST — can make adjustments to the border sides using the following
parameters:
ALL SIDES — all border sides are adjusted at once using the soft knob
controls described below.
SEP SIDES — provides adjustment of border sides (left, right, top
bottom) individually or in combination of one or more border sides at
once.
