Menu Trees
Introduction
Many Krystal DPM features are accessed via software menus that can show
both alphanumeric text and graphics. This section contains tree structure
diagrams of these menus.
Control Panel Buttons
The menu system is divided into groups of related menus. Most groups of
menus can be accessed by pressing one of the top menu buttons located on
the left of the menu display. Each top menu button brings us a main menu,
under which there may be sub-menus that contain additional operational
parameters, and some menus provide direct access to related menus.
■
You can directly access any menu by setting a DPOP for a top menu
button. Make the desired menu active, hold down the
Exit
button, press
the desired top menu button, and then release both buttons. Double
pressing that top menu button will then display the selected menu.
■
After selecting a different menu, can return to the last active menu by
pressing the
Last Menu
User Assist Control Panel button.
■
The Axis Lock menu can be directly accessed by double pressing the
Locate Axis
transform button. The Output Control menu can be directly
accessed by double pressing the
Auto Run
button.
Soft Buttons
The eight soft buttons located below the menu display allow you to make
function and sub-menu selections from menus displayed on the screen. The
symbol “
>
” following the name of a soft menu button indicates pressing
that soft button brings up a lower level menu.
The
Exit
button allows you to leave the menu you are in and return to the
next higher menu on the tree.
