Press the
MODIFY
button to toggle to the
BORDER MIX
parameter. Use this
menu when you need to combine box and pattern border functions.
Box Border Flat Mix menu functions:
COMBINE BORDERS
controls how the Box and Pattern borders will be com-
bined. These controls are similar to those in the Crop Box Mix menu.
MULTIPLY
— multiplies the two border signals. When using this param-
eter the softness is applied to both Box and Pattern borders the same
way it does for NAM -, except in MULTIPLY the soft edges are multi-
plied producing a softer transition.
NAM +
(Non Additive Mix) — portions of the borders from both the Box
and Pattern borders are visible. This is equivalent to a logical AND of
the Pattern and Box borders.
NAM -
— only portions of the borders from the Box or Pattern borders
that overlap are visible, and more abrupt edge intersections are pro-
duced on soft edges. This is equivalent to a logical OR of the Box and
Pattern borders.
OFF
does not allow any border mix capability.
PATTERN MODIFY

trols.
