Emboss Menu
KEY PASS — ON or OFF to enable or disable. When ON , passes the key signal
to the output when embossing effects are enabled; produces wider edges
on the embossing pattern.
FOLLOW SHADOW — ON or OFF to enable or disable. ON links the location of the
leading and trailing edges of the emboss effect to the drop shadow posi-
tion.
DROP SHADOW > — provides access to the Drop Shadow menu.
Soft Knobs available with this menu include:
ANGLE — is used to move the apparent location of the light source of the
emboss effect.
STRENGTH — is used to adjust the apparent depth of the emboss tex-
turing by changing the opacity of the emboss.
Matte
Emboss Matte Mono
To access this menu, press the MODIFY soft button to highlight the MATTE
parameter.
Emboss Matte Mono menu functions include:
MATTE TYPE — the matte types are:
MONO selects monochrome outlines for the emboss (white on leading
edges, black on trailing edges), and overrides other matte controls.
