(5) Setting of the maximum phase
Set the maximum phase for a single cycle of master axis.
Input range: 0 to 99999999

(6) Setting of the number of partitions
Set the number of partitions to be used (number of displacement data).
Allowable setting range: 1 to 16384 * The maximum value varies depending on the table size.
* Set the number of displacement data to 2 if you want linear CAM shape (proportional
operation).

(7) Entry of comments
It is possible to enter comments (names, purposes, memo, etc.) regarding tables as necessary.
Allowable setting range: Character string of 0 to 32 bytes
