Memory Initialization of Extension Motion Control Board Axis Position Data
Select [Controller] o [Initialize Memory] o [User data-hold memory (U)] from the menu (Figure 3.15).
A warning dialog box (Figure 3.16) appears. Click [Yes] to initialize the memory.

* Since the position data shares the common area with the RC axis position data within X-SEL of
the RC gateway function, when the memory is initialized, both RC axis position data within X-SEL
and extension motion control board axis position data are initialized.
It is necessary to back up data as required.
Ending Edition of Extension Motion Control Board Axis Position Data
When you close the Position data edit (Extension Motion Control Board Axis) window, a confirmation
dialog box (Figure 3.17) appears if any data is being edited.

Click [Yes]: The data being edited is transferred to the controller.
Click [No]: The data being edited is discarded and the window is closed.
Click [Cancel]: Cancel transferring the data and return to the Position data edit
(Extension Motion Control Board Axis) window.
