Phenomenon
Possible cause
Error No. 52D “Extension motion control board main
CPU axis control parameter error” occurs.
Cause: Parameter settings related to slave axis
operation specification are erroneous.
Action: Check the following parameter settings:
[1] The main CPU axis No. set for extension
motion control board output channel
parameter No. 18 is illegal, the main CPU
axis side is not specified to perform slave
axis operation (parameters for each axis
No. 167 and 168).
[2] The resolution set by an output channel
parameter does not match with the
resolution of the main CPU control axis.
[3] Output parameter No. 12 “maximum
speed” exceeds the maximum speed of
the main CPU control axis (parameters for
each axis No. 27 and 28).
[4] Output parameter No. 13 “maximum
acceleration” exceeds the maximum
acceleration of the main CPU control axis
(parameter for each axis No. 22).
[5] Output parameter No. 12 “maximum
deceleration” exceeds the maximum
deceleration of the main CPU control axis
(parameter for each axis No. 23).
Error No. 47F, “Extension motion control board
synchronization error detected” generates.
Cause: This error is generated by an axis for which
start of synchronization has been declared
by the XCAS command, etc.
Action: In the PC software, click Monitor (M) and
then select Error Details (E) to check the
error details and take an appropriate action.
If there are two or more slave axes, disable
the XCAS command or other
synchronization start command and check
the operations of all slave axes one by one,
to identify the axis that generated the error.
