(1) Common Parameter
[1] Electronic CAM table area assignment (common parameter No. 2)
The electronic CAM table storage area is divided into two banks (bank 0 and bank 1) and
common parameter No. 2 is used to assign the number of tables and variable data (assign in
units of 1 KB: 256 pieces of displacement data can be stored per 1 KB) for each bank.
Bits 31 – 24: Bank 0: Number of cam tables (BCD value: 0 to 64)
Bits 23 –16: Bank 0, Number of displacement data items (BCD value: 1 to 64)
Bits 15 – 8: Bank 1: Number of cam tables (BCD value: 0 to 64)
Bits 7 – 0:
Bank 1, Number of displacement data items (BCD value: 1 to 64)
* Note, however, that the following condition must be satisfied.
[Number of CAM tables for bank 0] x [Bank 0, Number of displacement data items] +
[Number of CAM tables for bank 1] x [Bank 1, Number of displacement data items] 64
Example 1: In the case of 64 tables and 256 displacement data items (number of divisions)
Example 2: In the case of 1 table and 16384 displacement data items (number of divisions)
Example 3: In the case of bank 0, 1 table, 768 displacement data items (number of divisions)
In the case of bank 1, 32 table, 256 displacement data items (number of divisions)
[2] Minimum emergency deceleration speed (common parameter No. 3)
This parameter specifies the minimum deceleration (G) at emergency deceleration stop.
Default value: 30 (0.3 G)
[3] Maximum jog speed at home return not completed (common parameter No. 4)
This parameter specifies the maximum jog speed (mm/sec) when home return is not completed.
Default value: 30 (30.0 mm/sec)
