2.2.1 Parameter Settings (RC Controller)
Following seven parameters are RC controller parameters which need to be confirmed and set in
order to perform control on the extension motion control board.
[1] Software limit + side (user parameter No. 3)
The same setting as the extension motion control board output channel parameter No. 7
“software limit +” is set for this parameter. Record the setting value of parameter No. 7
beforehand.
[2] Software limit - side (user parameter No. 4)
The same setting as the extension motion control board output channel parameter No. 8
“software limit -” is set for this parameter. Record the setting value of parameter No. 8
beforehand.
[3] Command pulse input mode (user parameter No. 63)
Set the same setting as the extension motion control board output channel parameter No. 2
“pulse output mode” for this parameter. (If you have not changed the default value, use the
parameter as is.)
[4] Command pulse input mode polarity (user parameter No. 64)
Set the same setting as the extension motion control board output channel parameter No. 3
“pulse output mode polarity” for this parameter. (If you have not changed the default value, use
the parameter as is.)
[5] Electronic gear numerator (user parameter No. 65)
Set the same setting as the extension motion control board output channel parameter No. 10
“electronic gear numerator” for this parameter. (Refer to the operation manual for each RC
controller for the electronic gear setting values.)
[6] Electronic gear denominator (user parameter No. 66)
Set the same setting as the extension motion control board output channel parameter No. 11
“electronic gear denominator” for this parameter. (Refer to the operation manual for each RC
controller for the electronic gear setting values.)
[7] Ball screw lead length (user parameter No. 77)
The same setting as the extension motion control board output channel parameter No. 6 “screw
lead” is set for this parameter. Record the setting value of parameter No. 6 beforehand.
