It is also possible to save and transfer extension motion control board setting data and extension
motion control board axis position data. (The data is saved in individual files different from all data
backup files.)
All Data Backup (Saving Extension Motion Control Board Data)
If extension motion control boards are installed after saving of programs, parameters, positions,
symbols, and RC axis position data within X-SEL is completed, the File type setting (Extension
Motion Control Board) window (Figure 6.1) appears.
After selecting an option, click [OK] to start saving of selected items, in the order to extension motion
control board position data o extension motion control board parameter Dev No. 0 o extension
motion control board parameter Dev No. 1.
* The number of displayed devices for parameters varies depending on the number of extension
motion control boards being installed.
