Max phase
Set the maximum phase in this field.
Input range: 0 to 99999999
Number of partitions
Specify the number of partitions of the maximum phase. The larger the value, the smaller the
phase partition width and the higher the curve precision.
Input range: Depends on CAM table assignment value
Comment
Any character strings such as table names, purposes, revision history, etc. can be set. (It is all
right to omit comments.)

Data used as the basis of displacement data generation is defined.
If you set displacement data manually, you do not need to make setting here.

Phase
Specify the phase of section end. If you set 0, section definition data from the setting section
onward is not used.
The phase of the section start is the phase of the end of the previous section, and the start point
of section 0 is phase 0.
Input range: 0 to maximum phase
x It is not allowed to set a phase smaller than the previous section (not including 0).
x The input values are automatically corrected such that they become multiples of phase
partition width calculated by the maximum phase and the number of partitions in the
information control table.
Example: Maximum phase = 200.0
Number of partitions = 100
Phase partition width = 200.0 / 100 = 2.0
