If you power the off, you must calibrate and verify the system
when the system properly connects.
Locked Out
•
Close all software applications other than the Luminex 100 IS
2.2 software.
Refill Sheath
A warning displays in red under the temperature and pressure gauges
on the Run Batch tab.
•
Refill the sheath container and select Resume.
Running: Sheath
Empty
•
Replace or fill the sheath fluid container with sheath fluid. From
the Maintenance tab, click Prime 2 times.
Sample Error Messages
The following error messages are displayed:
•
On the Diagnostics tab in the Message Log
•
In Reports
•
On the Errors tab in a batch analysis.
Insufficient Bead
Count
•
Do not select Cancel during sample acquisition. This causes an
error message to occur.
•
Verify that you select the correct template.
•
If applicable, verify that all of the tests (beads) were added to the
samples.
•
Verify that the samples were properly mixed before they were
dispensed into the wells.
•
Verify that you loaded the sample to the correct well on the
plate.
•
Verify that the correct sample volume is added to the well.
•
Verify that the samples were completely resuspended prior to
running on the analyzer.
•
Remove and sonicate or flush the Luminex XYP instrument
Sample Probe to remove possible clogs.
•
Verify that the Luminex XYP instrument Sample Probe is
correctly aligned.
•
Complete the following analyzer functions from the Maintenance
Tab: Backflush, Drain, Alcohol Flush and Water Wash.
•
Run the system xMAP control microspheres.
Note:
Do not install
unapproved software
applications on the Luminex
100 IS 2.2 system.
