5. Click OK to verify that the lot information is accurate.
Cleanup Utility
Use the Cleanup Utility to:

Perform a disk cleanup
•
Delete the Message Log directory
•
Delete the Batch Directory
To display the Cleanup Utility dialog box:
1. Click Cleanup on the Menu Bar's Tools Menu. The Cleanup
Utility dialog box appears.
2. Continue with the desired following section, Disk Cleanup,
Delete MsgLog, or Delete Batch Directory.

Disk Cleanup
This is a shortcut to the MS Windows Disk Cleanup feature.
To perform a disk cleanup:
1. Click Disk Cleanup on the Cleanup Utility dialog box. See
Figure 111.
