well that were locked into the batch from template commands.

Open a Batch Use this procedure to open a batch that you created earlier (save
only). To verify that you opened the correct batch, the batch name
and batch description appear on the Run Batch tab when you load the
batch.
‹ To open a saved batch to the system for acquisition:
1. Click Open Batch from the toolbar on the main screen. An Open
Batch dialog box appears listing available batches for selection.
2. Select the desired batch to load.
3. Click Select. The system loads the batch as you created it to the
Run Batch tab.
4. Load the microtiter plate using the Eject/Retract button. Once
the plate loads to the system, click Start Plate to initiate batch
acquisition.
Note: You can open “Saved
Only” batches using Open
