Maximum Port Speed Always Shows 2 Gb/s

Max Port Speed for Brocade switches discovered through the Brocade API always shows 2Gb/s in

the management server's Property pages.

Brocade Firmware 2.6.x is Not Supported

Brocade switches with firmware 2.6.x do not refresh their zoning caches correctly. There are

replication errors when the management server does zoning operations on switches with this

firmware, and you may not get complete information from the switches. Brocade firmware 2.6.x is

not supported with this release of the management server for this reason.

Discovering CNT Switches

The management server uses the CNT SMI-S provider to discover CNT switches. A provider is a

small software program that is used by the management server to communicate with a device, such

as a switch.
