An example of network connection is shown below.
* Ethernet cable: Straight cable of category 5e or above, 100 m max
(Aluminum tape and braided double-shielded cable are recommended.)
(Note) Terminal processing is not required.
(Note) It is recommended that each device be grounded by equi-potential bonding.
EtherNet/IP communication connector: 8P8C modular jack
For the Ethernet cable, use a straight STP cable of category 5e or higher.
