External Device Setup Manual
Device Monitor
A special Popup Screen on the MICRO/I or Touch on which value of the device can be displayed
or changed.
System Screen
Pre-allocated screen dedicated for performing initial setting of the MICRO/I or Touch, self-diag-
nosis, and clearing the log data etc.
Pass-Through A function that enables maintenance of the external device via the MICRO/I.
Memory Card A term referring to either a CF or SD Memory Card.
External memory A term referring to either a CF, SD Memory Card or a USB flash drive.
