building mechanical systems from one or more central locations,
and this type of computer connection is called the WCC III Operator
Control Console. The WCC III Operator Control Console consists
of the following components:

to the WCC III - MCD. The different types of WCC III programs
are as follows: WCC3.EXE, SCUSCR.EXE, WCCUTILITY.
EXE,

EXE
WCC3.EXE (SS5021)
WCC3.EXE is a user-access program. It allows for remote access
via the Internet so the user or mechanical contractor may view
and change data pertaining to the building’s mechanical control
systems. This program provides access to the main WCC III
functions, such as WEEK SCHEDULES, OPTIMAL STARTS,
GLOBAL ANALOGS, GLOBAL BINARIES, OVERRIDES,
and the SAT III Controller’s inputs and outputs. The viewable
screens are based upon the old WCC II system screens; this was
done to reduce retraining of the operator. (Access to this program is
password protected.) WCC III screens are described in Section 3.
SCUSCR.EXE (SS5026)
SCUSCR.exe is a user-access program. It allows for remote
access via the internet so that the user or mechanical contractor
may view and change data pertaining to the building’s mechanical
control system. It is used mainly for control of the VAV box type
controls or specialized stand-alone controllers with application-
specifi c software via the interface converter that is the SAT 3C/D/F
Controllers. (Access to this program is password protected.)
SCUSCR.EXE screens are described in Section 4.
WCCUTILITY.EXE (SS5023)
WCCUTILITY.EXE is a user-access program. It allows for remote
access via the Internet so that the user or mechanical contractor
may view and change data pertaining to the building’s mechanical
control system. It is used mainly for Satellite save and restore,
System save and restore, and copy functions. System and Alarm
logs are also viewed here. (Access to this program is password
protected.) The WCCUTILITY.EXE program is described in
Section 5.
TENANTOVERRIDE.EXE (SS5024)
TENANTOVERRIDE.EXE is a user-access program. It allows for
remote access via the Internet so that the user may view and change
only small amount of data pertaining to the building’s mechanical
control system. It is used by a tenant or multiple tenants in the
building that is being controlled by the WCC III control system.
It provides a simple interface for after-hours access to the Tenant’s
HVAC controls. (Access to this program is password protected.).
See Section 6 for more information.
The Tenant Override Feature allows the occupants in the building
to access the WCC III - MCD on the internet and cause the lights
and/or heating and/or cooling equipment to control according
to their occupied (daytime) control scheme. The system has the
capability of overriding the control for 500 tenant overrides.
The TENANTOVERRIDE.exe program is described in detail in
Section 6
A summary report of which tenants used the override system
is available for billing purposes. This report program is called
TENANTREPORT.EXE.
TENANTREPORT.EXE (SS5025)
TENANTREPORT.EXE is a user access program. It allows for
remote access via the Internet so that the user or mechanical
contractor may view and change data pertaining to the building’s
mechanical control system. It is used for accessing and printing
of after-hour tenant overrides for after-hour billing. (Access to
this program is password protected.). See Section 7 for more
information.
WCC3TRENDLOG.EXE (SS5028)
WCC3TRENDLOG.EXE is a user access program. It allows
for remote access via the Internet so that the user or mechanical
contractor may view and change data pertaining to the building’s
mechanical control system. It is used mainly for trend logging
data that pertains to the WCC III system control points. It is a
troubleshooting tool. See Section 8 for more information.
