The “Function” files are organized in the tree structure and If the item marked
with “+” is selected, the submenu appears on the display.
The setting value of each item is shown in the box under “Choice”. Signifi-
cance, function and recommended setting value of each item are as follows.
Option: System Group
Settings: System Identification and Version information
SSU Configuration File Version: X.X.X L440GX +
Usage: Signifies the revision number of the SSU (System Setup Utility).
Option: Memory Subsystem Group
Usage: Items related to the memory access system, etc.
The SSU cannot be used for setting those items.
Option: On-Board Disk Controllers Group
Settings: On-Board Floppy Controller: Enable-Primary
Usage: This item sets the floppy disk controller to be used (Enable) or not to be used
(Disable). Usually set this item to “Enable-Primary”.
Settings: On-Board IDE Controller: Enable Primary Channel only
