NOTE: If extending optional cache memory to RAID controller C, do so before
installing the RAID controller C. The standard 16 MB cache memory can be
extended to 64 MB.
See the Installation Guide of RAID cache memory

To remove cache memory, push the two pins to the outside. Grasp both ends
of the cache memory and pull it out.
To install cache memory, push it in carefully until secured by the pins.

6 Raise the card support of a slot to be installed and remove the expansion slot

cover.

7 Install a RAID controller in the second PCI slot (PCI-5) from the top in the

same procedure as for an ordinary expansion card.
For the RAID controller to which an internal hard disk drive is connected,
do not install it in any slots except the second PCI slot from the top.
