5.2.1 New method
Menu item: Method ▶ File ▶ New...
The symbol or the File ▶ New... menu item opens the New method
window, in which a method template can be selected for the new
method.
Templates
Selection 'Method template' | Blank method

Selection of a method template as a basis for creating a new method.
Blank method
A template containing only the START and END commands is loaded.
Description
Description of the selected method template.

Opens the selected template for editing.

Menu item: Method ▶ File ▶ Open...
The Open method window is opened with the symbol or the
File ▶ Open... menu item. One of the globally available methods can be
selected and opened.

Selection of the method group whose methods are to be displayed in the
method table (see Chapter 5.4, page 368).

Method table
The method table contains information about all methods of the selected
method group. The table cannot be edited. The table can be sorted
according to the selected column (Name, Saved, User, Full name, Ver-
sion and Method comment columns) in either ascending or descending
order by clicking on the column title.
