Activating/deactivating the import of external data for sample table data
fields.
NOTE
The successful completion of the data import is indicated during the run
by an acoustic signal (beep).
Import from barcode reader

If this check box is activated, then the external data from the selected bar-
code reader will be imported into the open sample table. The instrument
properties of the barcode reader will define the field into which that data
is imported (see Chapter 7.9.4, page 791).

when the focus is on the window).
