Hydraulic Troubleshooting - SLOW PIVOT Mode, Rod Oil Out
While traveling, ride feels spongy
(riding on 3 wheels).
Conditions:
• Ignition ON, engine
running
• Boom angle is
above 40°
• Travel select
lever in (F)
FORWARD or
(R) REVERSE
• Park brake OFF
• Service brake
DISENGAGED
If OK
Not
OK
Check electrical wiring.
Not
OK
Check solenoid coils 4A and 4B on the
Stabil-TRAK™ manifold for correct
resistance (7-9 ohms).
Replace solenoid(s).
Not
OK
Remove solenoid cartridges 4A and 4B
from Stabil-TRAK™ manifold and inspect
for debris or damage. Refer to Section
8.13.9, “Stabil-TRAK Cylinder.”
Clean passages or replace cartridge(s).
If OK

Not

Replace check valve(s).
Inspect check valves on frame sway
cylinder. Refer to Section 8.13.8, “Frame
