Electrical System
With ignition switch OFF,
hazard indicator and all
hazard lights remain OFF
with the 4 way hazard
switch in the ON position.
Disconnect connector at fuse
block, wire [12C] to wire [32]
on roadlight harness. Check
for battery voltage at
wire [12C] (DK BLU).
Repair/replace cab harness.
Check for battery voltage at
Pin 17 (right signals), wire
[23C] (GRN), and Pin 18 (left
signals), wire [22C] (ORG) on
hazard switch.
Repair/replace roadlight
harness.
Reconnect leads and check
for battery voltage at Pin 3,
wire [32] (GRN) on hazard
switch.
Replace hazard switch.
Check for battery voltage at
Pin 2, wire [33] (VIO) on
hazard switch.
Replace hazard switch.
Check for battery voltage at
Pin 5, wire [28B] (VIO) on
hazard switch.
Replace flasher.
Check for battery voltage at
turn signal light connections
([2H] & [23A], [2F] & [23B],
[2J] & [22A] and
[2E] & [22B]).
Repair/replace roadlight
harness.
Before troubleshooting any
electrical circuit, ALWAYS
begin by checking the
following:
1. Fuses.
2. All connections relating
to circuit are clean and
tight.
3. If one or more of the
hazard lights work, the
circuit is fine, the failed
bulb(s) need to be
replaced.
