Replace ignition
switch.
Replace 40 amp
main fuse.
Check for power at
wire [1] (WHT), Pin 5, at park
brake switch.
Check for power at
wire [111A] (RED), Pin 30, at
neutral start relay.
Check for power at
wire [106] (BLU/ORG),
Pin 87, at neutral start relay.
Check for power at
wire [111] (RED), Pin 6, at
park brake switch.
Check for power at
wire [112A] (GRY),
Pin 86, at neutral
start relay.

With ignition switch
in start position,
check starter
solenoid terminal,
wire [ST2] (BLU)
connection for
battery voltage.
Repair/replace
cab harness.
Check for power at
wire [106] (BLU/ORG),
Pin B2, at female bulkhead
connector.
Repair/replace
engine harness.
Check for power at
wire [26] (RED), Pin A, at
ignition switch.
Check for power at
wire [26B] (RED) at 40 amp
main fuse.
Replace park
brake switch.
Replace neutral
start relay.

Before troubleshooting any
electrical circuit, ALWAYS
begin by checking the
following:
1. All connections relating to
circuit are clean and tight.
2. On 10042 or 10054, if the
vehicle is starting hard,
make sure that both
outrigger switches are in
the neutral (center)
position.
