Electrical System
Repair/replace roadlight
harness.
Repair/replace cab harness.
Worklights remain OFF
with the ignition ON
position and the bottom of
the worklight switch
pushed in.
Check for battery voltage at
fuse block female connector
wire [12AA] (DK BLU).
Check for battery voltage at
light switch relay Pin 30,
wire [29] (RED).
Repair/replace cab harness.
Replace light switch relay.
Check for battery voltage at
worklight switch Pin 8,
wire [1F] (RED).
Replace bulb.
For rear worklights, check
battery voltage at worklight
switch Pin 6, wire [4A] (YEL).
Replace worklight switch.
Before troubleshooting any
electrical circuit, ALWAYS
begin by checking the
following:
1. Fuses.
2. All connections relating to
circuit are clean and tight.

Repair/replace roadlight
harness.
Replace worklight switch.
Repair/replace roadlight
harness.
Check for battery voltage
across light switch relay coil
Pins 85, wire [2DD] (BLK) &
86, wire [12] (DK BLU).
Repair/replace roadlight
harness.
If OK
Not
OK
Check for battery voltage
at worklight switch
Pins 2, wire [1E] (RED) and
5, wire 1A (RED).
For front worklights, check
battery voltage at worklight
switch Pin 3,
wire [3A] (LT BLU).
Make sure that the switch is
pushed all the way in on the
bottom. Measure voltage at
both wire leads at each light.
[2B3] & [4B] (Left Rear),
[2B5] & [4C] (Right Rear),
[2B4] & [3D] (Boom),
[2B1] & [3B] (Left Front) and
[2B2] & [3C] (Right Front).
