Also, in this window is a “Data Range” that shows the Min and Max depths
that have been scrolled through the window. As data continues to scroll
through the window it will update these values when deeper/shoaler depths
are encountered, but it will not increase the minimum depth nor decrease the
maximum depth. This feature is useful, as once an entire file has been
played back, this window will give you the entire extent of the data range for
that file.
These values will reset when a new file is played back by opening it from the
File
→Playback menu, or if you go to the start of the same file. They will not
reset if “Go to Next File in Time” is checked in the File
→At End of File
menu.
Note:
Filtered values are not included in the data range min/ max.
The Static Min/Max values under Color Palette can be set to these values by
clicking Apply to Static Palette.
Important: All changes made within these windows are only display
parameters: No filtering will occur to actual data set until post-processing.
Benthos C3D Display Options: Job specific that allows user to overlay
amplitude on the True 3D display. A color palette is available that is set
according to user preference.
