Hypack send ft. You can browse for a default directory for saving. This
directory will also be used when start_logging is sent over a serial port.
3. With Hypack and Isis running, choose Test or OK in the Hypack DDE
Setup dialog box.
If you choose Test: A parameter list appears where you can see and
specify the actual values to be used for the variables named in the
Hypack DDE Setup dialog box.
If you choose OK: Isis accepts your Hypack choices and removes the
Hypack DDE Setup dialog box from your screen.
4. In Isis start recording in Display Mode (from the main menu: File→Start
Recording→Display Only).
5. Run the Hypack Survey program.
6. Observe that navigation is updating as recording progresses, and
confirm that the Hypack DDE entry in the Configure menu has a check
mark next to it (to show that Hypack DDE is active).
6.9 RAMP Support (Record/Playback)
Support for RAMP (Rapid Access Mission Profile) now appears in the Configure
menu for those customers who use RAMP. For customers not having RAMP
support, the option is dimmed and not available.
In Configure→RAMP Support (Figure 6-12), you can specify the source
platform for numeric data. Possible choices are Let Isis choose, Towfish only
or Ship only. When Let Isis choose is used, fish position is used, if it is
available; if fish position is not available, ship position is used.
