You can have Isis save the configuration automatically, or you can have Isis
prompt you to save when you exit Isis. The default is to prompt you (Figure 6-15).

When Save Isis Configuration Before Exit? is answered Yes, any file being
played will be automatically re-loaded and played when Isis is restarted. You can
use the Save Now button to save the configuration at any time during an Isis
session.
Isis also saves the location of the Parameter and Bottom Track windows and
restores the windows to that location when Isis is restarted. The window positions
are saved only when user selects Save Isis Configuration Before Exit? when
Isis is closed.
