To understand how to work with the BathyPro Real Time dialog box and create a
DTM, please refer to the technical manual, Using BathyPro, from Triton Elics
International, for details on creating a DTM from within BathyPro and displaying it
in DelphMap.
9.6 Com
Port
Test
The Com Port Test allows you to see what is being received at the COM ports.
When Com Port Test is selected from the Tools menu, a dialog box is displayed.
Within the dialog box, the serial strings received over each of the eight possible
COM ports are displayed as they are updated. This is the same dialog box that
you get if you choose Test from the Serial Port Setup dialog box of the Record
Setup function. See Figure 4-9 if you need to review this function.
9.7 Spatial
Filter
The Spatial Filter command causes Isis to display a spatial filter dialog box for
swept or continuous spatial filters that can be applied to imagery in any open
Waterfall window. Spatial Filter is available only in the Playback mode of Isis.
Depending on which filter mode you choose to apply (Sweep image or Run
continuously), Isis displays one of two views. Both views are shown in
Figure 9-15. A series of filters imposed on some imagery, using Run continuously
filters, are shown in Figure 9-14 as an example of some of the different effects
that can be achieved by filtering.
