Cisco Switch Configuration
This section provides instructions for configuring a Cisco Catalyst 2900 series switch for use on
an iControl network
Using Privileged EXEC Mode
The commands specified in this document require that the reader use the system in the
privileged EXEC mode.
Entering Privileged EXEC Mode
To enter privileged EXEC mode
1. At the Switch prompt, type:
enable
<CR>
2. Type the password (either no password or
admin
)
If successful, the prompt changes to
Switch#
.
Exiting Privileged EXEC Mode
To exit privileged EXEC mode
1. At the Switch prompt, type:
disable
<CR>
2. Type the password (either no password or
admin
