The New incident template window appears.
6. Enter a name for this template.
7. Add comments to describe the template.
8. Select Create a new incident even if there is no fault.
This creates an incident even if none of the alarms specified in the selection is in a fault
condition.
9. Click OK.
Viewing incident details
To view the incident details
1. In Incident Log Viewer, type the name of the new incident in the Name field, and then click
Search.
REQUIREMENT
Before beginning this procedure, make sure you have completed the procedure "Creating
an incident template using Event Log Viewer" on page 165.
