Filtering Events
To filter events complete the following steps:
1. For log filtering select the Log Settings... item from the File menu or for
view filtering select the Filter Settings... item from the view menu.
2. Select the device filter page to change device filtering or select the event
filter page to change specific event filtering.
Viewing Filter Settings
The view filter allows you to control which events are displayed. When an
event is received it is placed inside the NetworkAlert 32 event cache.
Depending on your view settings the event will be displayed in the view. The
view settings are independent of the log settings. For example, you can
decide to view an event while not logging it.
To get specific help on the view settings use the help button on each of the
view setting's property pages.
