Event Filtering
Events are grouped into the Generic and Print Server categories. Click the
checkbox next to the event to either log or display the event depending on
your configuration mode. Use the buttons on the right side of the dialog to
quickly select and deselect events.
Select Event
Category
Select from Generic and Print Server event categories.
Select All
Selects all the events in the current category.
Select Urgent
Selects all the urgent events in the current category.
Select Warning
Selects all the warning events in the current category.
Select
Informational
Selects all the informational events in the current
category.
Deselect All
Deselects all the events in the current category.

Server Events.”
Generic Events
The following events are typically reported by SNMP print servers:
Warning Events
Cold Start
The device's power has been turned on.
Authentication
Failure
A SNMP communication was attempted with an invalid
community name.
Print Server Events
The following events are generated by the print server:
Informational Events
Printer On-Line
The printer attached to the port is on line.
Printer Off-Line
The printer attached to the port is off line
No Printer
Attached
No printer is attached to the port.
