NetworkAlert is a utility that aids in managing network printers by
immediately alerting you of printer problems. NetworkAlert needs to be
continuously running in the background or foreground on a networked PC to
receive alerts from Monarch NetWare print servers. NetworkAlert receives
SNMP/IPX trap packets sent out on the network from devices. It can be
configured to view printer alerts on the main screen, alert you with a dialog
box, and/or change the color of the minimized NetworkAlert icon. Each
Monarch device from which you want to receive alerts must be configured to
send SNMP/IPX traps.
