A Print Queue object represents a network print queue, a subdirectory that
stores print jobs. Monarch Print Server objects require a Print Queue object
along with a Printer object (and Print Server object in NPrinter Mode) in order
for network users to print to printers attached to the Monarch device.
To create a Print Queue object under the selected container :
1. Enter the context in which to create the new Print Queue object. Browser
opens a dialog where you can select a value from a list of available
contexts .
2. Type a name for this Print Queue object in the Print Queue Name text
box. This is the name of the Print Queue object as it appears in the
Directory tree. You must follow the object naming conventions.
3. Type a name for the print queue volume in the Print Queue Volume text
box, or choose the browser button to browse for a print queue volume.
Novell recommends that you choose the volume that usually has the
most free disk space.
4. (Optional) To create another Print Queue object immediately after this
one, select Create Another Network Print Queue.
5. Choose Create.
If you selected Create Another Network Print Queue, this dialog appears
again.
