2. From the Device list box, select the Monarch device you want this object
to represent. If the Device list box is empty do the following:

Verify your Monarch device is attached to the network and
powered on.
♦
Select Update List.
♦
If the Device list box is still empty, select Find Device. This
will allow you to locate the specific device you are trying to
define. A mismatch in the Monarch device frame format may
cause the device not to show up in the Device list box.
3. (Optional) To define additional information about this Monarch device
right now, select Define Additional Properties. You cannot select this if
you select Create Another Network Printing Device.
4. (Optional) To create another Monarch Print Server object immediately
after this one, select Create Another Network Printing Device. You
cannot select this if you select Define Additional Properties.
5. Choose Create. If you selected Define Additional Properties, the
Monarch Print Server object dialog appears. If you selected Create
Another Network Printing Device, this dialog appears again.
Screen regions and buttons
Monarch Print Server Name allows you to enter the name of the Monarch
Print Server object as it will appear in the Directory tree.
The Device list box allows selection of an Monarch device to associate with
this object.
Update List searches the network for new Monarch devices.
Sort/Filter List allows you to specify filter and sort criteria for displaying
Monarch devices in the Device list box.
Find Device displays a dialog allowing you to locate a specific Monarch
device. This option can be used to locate a device which does not appear in
the Device list box.
Define Additional Properties lets you define more information about this
Monarch Print Server object (such as the printers it services and the
NetWare Print Servers to which it is assigned) immediately after creating it.
